Teaming up with exceptional design teams is one of our favorite parts of what we do. In partnership with an amazing agency, we brought to life a series of custom builds dreamed up by our client. These projects featured a giant bird's nest, intricate metal fabrications, and striking branding elements for some of the most notable trendsetting companies.
Client: Oracle
Partnership: 2024–Present
Design: Oracle and Production Theory
Fabrication: Production Theory
Service: Trade Show Exhibits

SuiteWorld brings Oracle’s customers and sponsors together for an annual enterprise event on the Las Vegas Strip. Production Theory has been involved since 2024, helping translate Oracle’s concepts into physical environments that recognize customers, showcase their brands and give attendees places to explore, connect and engage.
Oracle is now our direct client. Together, we co-create the experience: Oracle establishes the concepts, and Production Theory develops the environmental design and carries the custom builds through fabrication, transportation, installation and dismantling.
The program combines recurring properties with new activations developed for each year’s event. From the SuiteStore and Café to entrance moments, nonprofit experiences and sponsor-specific builds, our work helps give SuiteWorld a cohesive identity while making room for the individual organizations it highlights.
One of the project’s central challenges is coordinating the needs of multiple sponsors. Each organization brings its own brand identity, and those identities often need to coexist within the same space.
Our environmental design work considers both the individual activation and its relationship to the surrounding event. A sponsor’s presence needs to be recognizable while fitting into the broader SuiteWorld experience. That requires careful coordination of branded elements, finishes, structures and lighting across the custom builds.
This balance is a substantial part of the development process. We work through how Oracle’s concepts can become environments that represent participating customers and sponsors clearly, without losing the cohesion of the overall show.
Production Theory fabricates the custom activations across SuiteWorld’s trade show environment. The scope includes the SuiteStore, Café, entrance moments and sponsor-specific experiences, bringing together metalwork, integrated LED lighting, millwork and other fabrication methods suited to each build.
The SuiteStore and Café are evergreen properties used each year. These recurring environments provide continuity within the annual program, alongside activations that change to reflect the customers, sponsors and organizations featured at that year’s event.
The range of work calls for more than a single fabrication approach. Each property has a different purpose, visual identity and set of physical requirements. Our team develops those elements as part of a coordinated production effort, translating the environmental design into finished structures and experiences.
In 2024, the program included a giant bird’s nest highlighting the American Bird Conservancy. The nonprofit activation brought the organization’s work into the event through a distinctive physical build.
The nest demonstrates the opportunity within SuiteWorld’s approach: a featured organization can be represented through an environment specific to its identity and mission. Alongside retail, hospitality and sponsor activations, it illustrates the variety of custom experiences PT can develop within one annual event.
SuiteWorld is approximately six months in the making, from initial concept development through delivery. That timeline accommodates the environmental design, sponsor coordination and fabrication needed to bring the program together.
Production Theory’s involvement continues beyond the shop. We transport the properties to the Las Vegas venue, install the environments for the event and dismantle them afterward. Handling these stages connects the design and fabrication work with the practical requirements of delivering the finished experience on-site.
Oracle has retained Production Theory to continue supporting and growing SuiteWorld. Since 2024, our involvement has combined recurring event properties with custom activations that reflect each year’s program.
The partnership demonstrates the flexibility of environmental design and custom fabrication at the scale of an annual enterprise event. Oracle’s concepts become distinctive physical experiences, with individual customer and sponsor identities integrated into a coordinated show environment.
